换流站阀厅红外在线测温系统设计

         

摘要

In order to reduce the labor intensity of the manual measurement of temperature in the valve hall of converter station,to improve the abnormal diagnosis efficiency of the equipment in the valve hall and to guarantee and improve the operation reliability of the power equipment,it is necessary to design the on-line temperature measurement system of the valve station of the converter station.The method of using artificial contact temperature,and the fixed temperature monitoring valve tower inspection,more blind has large labor intensity measuring instrument,the problem of large random inspection personnel skills and responsibility in quality inspection.It is difficult to achieve full coverage of the scope of inspection,there is a big hidden danger in the operation of the valve tower equipment.Therefore,an on-line temperature measurement system based on infrared switching for valve station of flow station is proposed.The system uses AT89C51 single chip microcomputer,temperature acquisition,temperature measurement circuit,power supply circuit and watchdog circuit module with the overall structure of the formation of the temperature measurement system,through the PXA270 processor,a reset circuit,A/D converter,USB interface,temperature sensor,infrared temperature probe and RS485 interface to form the hardware part.According to the DS18B20 on -line temperature measurement circuit design,through the 7805,three terminal voltage regulator to achieve the system power circuit design.The software part of the system studies the relationship between the radiation degree and the temperature of the converter station,and realizes the equipment fault diagnosis of the converter station by using the temperature anomaly judgment method of the valve hall of converter station.Experimental results show that the proposed method can effective early defect of valve hall of power equipment for real-time monitoring,improve the efficiency of online temperature measurement system,reduce by increasing the valve hall temperature due to the probability of equipment failure.%为减少换流站阀厅人工测温的劳动强度,提升阀厅设备异常诊断效率,保障和提高电力设备的运行可靠性,需要对换流站阀厅在线测温系统进行设计;当前方法利用人工接触式测温,并采用固定的监控实现阀塔温度的检查,存在劳动强度大、测温仪的盲区较多,巡检人员的技能水平和责任心致使巡检质量的随机性较大等问题;很难实现巡视范围的全方位覆盖,阀塔设备运行过程中存在较大的隐患;为此,提出一种基于红外对换的流站阀厅在线测温系统;该系统利用AT89C51单片微型计算机、温度采集、测温电路、系统电源电路以及看门狗电路等模块结合组建测温系统的整体结构,通过PXA270处理器、复位电路、A/D转换器、USB接口、温度传感器、红外测温探头、RS485接口等构成系统的硬件部分;根据DS18B20对在线测温电路进行设计,通过7805三端稳压片实现系统电源电路的设计;系统的软件部分对换流站设备辐射度和温度之间的关系进行研究,并利用换流站阀厅温度异常判断方法实现换流站设备故障诊断;实验结果证明,所提方法能够有效对换流站阀厅电力设备的早期缺陷进行实时监测,提高在线测温系统的运行效率,减少各种因阀厅温度的增加而导致设备产生故障的概率.
