This paper designed a weigh-in-motion system for highway based on Microcontroller of ARM. The structure and function of hardware system was introduced respectively, and the LPC2368 processor of the date acquisition hardware system circuit design of each u-nit is described in detail. Software of WIM system was designed based on IAR Embedded Workbench by program language of C. The result of experimentation proved that the system runs accurately and reliably, and the value is very extensive for communication safety and vehicle toll of highway by weight.%设计了基于ARM微控制器为核心的高速公路动态计重系统;介绍了硬件系统的结构组成和各部分的工作原理及功能,并对以LPC2368为核心的数据采集处理器硬件系统各单元电路的设计进行了详细介绍;基于IAR嵌入式系统开发平台通过C语言程序设计完成了系统的软件设计;测试的结果表明基于ARM的高速公路动态计重系统能够快速、准确地对行驶中车辆进行实时计算称重,存储和显示车辆重量信息,并对高速公路实施计重收费和保障交通运输安全具有广泛的应用价值和社会效益.
