高精度自动绕线机控制方法的研究

         

摘要

为了研究一种高精度自动绕线机的控制方法;文章在分析自动绕线机控制原理的基础上对控制方法进行了非线性描述,提出了非线性控制方法,导出了分段拟合的数学模型,并探讨了数学模型的求解;最后结合状态机原理实现了自动绕线机正转、反转等工作流程的控制;这种方法在计算单位线径脉冲数时没有舍入误差,不存在误差累积;该方法控制的绕线机在自动绕制500匝线圈时系统脉冲信号误差为零,连续200次正反转运行时误差也只有几个脉冲信号;实际应用表明,该方法改进了绕线机的工作效率和绕线的平整度,提高了控制精度.%For studying a method to control the automatic winding machines with high precision, the nonlinear control of automatic winding machine is advanced based on a nonlinear description of automatic winding machine's control theory. This paper also derives mathematical model that nonlinear relationship by piecewise fitting, and solves this mathematical model. Finally, combining the state machine theory with this control method, automatic winding machine completes the forward, reverse and other work processes. This method can avoid the rounding error which is generated by calculating the unit diameter pulses. When the automatic winding machine winding 500 turns, the system pulse error is zero, and the system continuously running 200 reversible times, there is only a few error pulse. The application shows that this mehod will improve the efficiency of the automatic winding machine and flatness of winding. At last, the precision of controlling winding machine will be improved greatly.
