嵌入式低压电力线通信风机控制系统设计

         

摘要

Low-Voltage power lines carrier communication using the existing power lines, replacing the pain of re-wiring, it is ideal for intelligent control system induced by ventilation. Control system of low-voltage power lines carrier communication for inductive ventilation are designed based on LPC2132 (ARM7) and ST7538. The main circurts are designed, including controller o f circuit connection diagram based on the LPC2132 and ST7538, the interface circuit design of voltage power lines carrier communication; the module circuit of CO detection and smoke detection; Discussed the master/slave communication process and designed the fan' control and system software. The system is mainly used for underground parking, underground shopping malls, stadiums and other large -scale place. The design has the simple construction, low cost, plug-and-play, anti-interference ability* debugging maintain convenience etc, it has some practical value.%低压电力线载波通信利用原有供电线路,免去重新布线之苦,非常适用于诱导通风智能控制系统;设计了基于LPC2132(ARM7)与ST7538的低压电力线载波通信诱导风机控制系统,对系统的主要电路作了设计,包括基于LPC2132与ST7538的控制器电路连接图、电力线载波通信接口、CO检测、烟雾检测等模块电路;讨论了主/从通信过程、风机控制及系统的软件设计;系统主要用于地下停车场、地下商场、大型场馆等需自动通风及防火的场所;该设计方案与传统的总线式通风控制系统相比,具有系统构建简单、成本低、即插即用、抗干扰能力强、调试维护方便等优点,具有一定实用价值.
