一种热敏电阻红外探测器低频噪声测试系统

         

摘要

Infrared detector is the key element of satellite attitude measuring system, its quality plays a important role in measuring precision of satellite attitude. Categories, mechanisms and theoretical models of low frequency noise in negative temperature coefficient thermistors type infrared detector are detailed discussed. A test method of low frequency noise is given. Based on virtual instrument technology, the low frequency noise test system is developed. Test results show that this test system has a accuracy within 5% (in Contrast to Aglient dynamic signal analyzer test results). The test results of infrared detector after several times aging indicate that the change of the low frequency noise parameters and the change of the resistance value have the same trend, but the former is obviously higher than the latter (after 40 times aging, resistance changes 2%, 1/f noise amplitude B changes 27. 8%, 1/f noise turning frequency fc changes 50. 3 %). All these results will be provide a measuremental platform and theory basis for thermistors infrared detector low frequency noise screening.%红外探测器是卫星姿态测量系统的关键元件,其质量决定整个卫星姿态测量精度;针对负温度系数热敏电阻型红外探测器,在详细讨论其低频噪声种类、产生机理及理论模型的基础上,研究了其低频噪声的测试方法,基于虚拟仪器技术,建立了探测器低频噪声测试系统;对比测试结果表明,该测试系统精度在5%以内(以Aglient动态信号分析仪测试结果为基准);采用该系统对航天型号用探测器多次老化前后的测试结果表明:低频噪声参数的变化与电阻值的变化具有相同的趋势,但前者明显高于后者(40次热循环后电阻变化2%、1/f噪声幅值B变化27.8%、转折频率fc变化50.3%);研究结果将为热敏电阻红外探测器低频噪声筛选参量的确定提供实验平台及理论依据.
