一种256路高精度实时信号采集系统的设计

         

摘要

针对在大型计算机测量领域中对几十个,上百个节点信号进行高精度的实时采集测量的需要,提出一种基于DSP和AD7767的256路信号采集系统设计方案,解决现存的采集系统通道数不够、精度低、成本高等问题;系统运用TMS320C6747为微处理器,24位高分辨率、高精度的AD7767为数据采集A/D转换器,以ADG706为多路信号采集选择器,通过硬件电路设计和软件编程实现了高精度256路信号实时采集;系统在实际工程应用中采集精度高、功耗低、稳定性好,具有一定的实用价值.%Aiming at the need of high-precision real -time acquire and test signals among dozens of and over a hundreds of points in large computer measurement field, 256-channel signal acquisition system based on DSP and AD7767 is designed to solve the issues , such as no enough acquisition channels, low precision and high costs, etc. By using TMS320C6747 as MCU, 24 bits of high resolution and high-precision AD7767 as data acquisition A/D converter, and ADG7O6 as multi- signal acquisition chooser, realizing high-accuracy 256 -channel signal real-time data acquisition by designing the hardware circuit and programming the software. The system in practical engineering application have characteristics of high-precision, low power consumption and good stability, and has some practical value.
