The performance of weapons is improved and fault diagnosis becomes more and more difficult while more and more mixed- signal circuit boards are used. In order to test and diagnose this kind of circuit efficiently, this paper introduces the auto construction technique of mixed-signal circuit fault dictionary based on some crucial techniques such as fault simulation and signal analysis) And the application proves that the fault dictionary described in this paper can satisfy the testing and diagnose demands of weapons.%复杂装备中复杂模拟和数模混合电路的应用,在提升装备性能的同时,也对电路故障诊断提出了更高的挑战;通过研究数模混合电路故障仿真和信号处理等关键技术,实现了具有标准文件数量、内容和格式的故障字典自动生成功能;故障字典具有规范性和实用性等特点,可有效解决当前模拟和数模电路故障诊断存在的问题,提高故障诊断效率;试验验证表明,文中所述技术具有很好的实用与推广价值.
