Low altitude wind-shear is one of the major hazardous weather during the stages of take-off and landing of aircraft, but we can not test this phenomenon in actual environment, so one kind of echo signal simulator for wind-shear radar is researched in this dissertation helping to test the wind shear radar system's performance and do more research about the wind shear phenomenon. The simulator was designed with mixing programming method which combined LabVIEW and MATLAB, based on hardware board date acquisition unit DAQ2501. In the emulator interface we can set parameters according to what we need, echo signals with different characteristics will be formed for our study. At last the simulator, taking symmetric wind model as example, makes a test for comparison and analysis from the many aspects such as amplitude, I/Q echo signal orthogonality and so on. The results show that these parameters of simulated echo signal are closed to the theoretical echo signal, and attain the expected effects; the feasibility and validity of this echo signal simulator which can simulate the echo signal under various kinds of wind field are verified.%低空风切变是飞机起飞和着陆阶段威胁飞行安全的主要危险天气之一,但是不能在实际环境中对其进行测试研究,因此为了帮助风切变雷达系统进行性能测试和对风切变现象的研究,对一种风切变雷达回波模拟器进行了研究;模拟器的设计采用了以数据采集器DAQ2501硬件板卡为基础,LabVIEW与MATLAB混合编程的方法;模拟器界面上可以根据需要任意设置参数,形成不同特征的回波信号,以便研究;最后模拟器以对称风场模型为例,针对回波信号幅度、回波I/Q信号正交性等多方面特征进行了测试对比和分析;结果表明,各项测试参数与实际一致,达到了预期效果,验证了文中所设计的雷达回波信号模拟器的可行性和有效性.
