基于综合PHM方法的导弹维修保障综述

         

摘要

Prognostic and Health Management (PHM) system is a key technique as a new type maintenance mode for the Autonomic Logistics CAL) support system , PHM technology can realize the function of fault detection, diagnosis, prediction, state assessment and integrated decision- making. Meanwhile, it can reduce the cost of maintenance use and security and improve readiness states, task success rate, safety and availability. This paper briefly demonstrates the function, evolution and the current status of PHM both in China and abroad. And it discusses. PHM applications in the missile weapon systems by proposing the concept, the method of system construction and the existing technical difficulties of the integrated PHM. In the end. It gives the conclusion and the expectation.%故障预测与管理技术(Prognostics and Health Management.PHM)是现代武器装备实现新型自主式后勤保障的关键技术,能够实现故障检测、诊断、预测、状态评估以及综合决策的功能,能够降低维修、使用和保障费用,提高战备完好率、任务成功率以及安全性和可用性;对PHM方法技术发展、作用以及国内外发展现状进行了详细的介绍和总结,并针对导弹维修保障中PHM方法的应用进行了调研,提出导弹维修保障综合PHM的基本概念、体系构建方法以及存在的技术难点,最后进行了展望和总结.
