针对Internet网络测控系统的网络延时、时序错乱和数据丢包现象,引入时间序列分析方法,构建了DMC多步预测控制模型;采用时间序列排序与插值,解决时序错乱和数据丢包问题;对于系统的反馈通道延时,提出基于信息缺失下的改进DMC多步预测控制,减小其影响;对于系统的前向通道延时,在新的控制信息未到时,利用多步预测的第N步信息顺序控制.整个系统通过TRUETIME仿真,当网络延时在20倍采样周期内时,系统控制实时.结果表明改进DMC在减小网络延时、时序错乱和数据丢包对系统的影响是可行的.%Aiming at the problems of network delay, time series disorder and losing data package in Internet Networked Measurement-Control system, an time series analysis method was introduced, and an DMC predictive control model was built. For solving time series disorder and losing data package, the time series compositor and interpolation method were applied. For reducing the effect of time delay of feedback channels to the whole system, an improved DMC predictive control based on information lossed was presented; and applying the Nth step information sequence control of the multi-step predictive control to solve forward channels time delay. The whole system was simulated by TRUETIME. When the network delay is less than 20 times of the sampling period, the system control delay close to zero. The results demonstrate the feasibility of the improved DMC method applying to solve the above problems.
