针对反后坐装置测试性差、故障知识匮乏等难题;将虚拟样机作为一种新的定量推理机制引人故障仿真与知识获取领域;以某新型自行火炮反后坐装置为研究对象,在Pro/E和MSC.ADAMS环境下建立了虚拟样机;以射击过程为例,对影响反后坐装置工作性能的关键因素及故障过程进行仿真,为获取故障知识、确定故障阈值提供参考依据.%To solve the difficulties of bad testability and deficient fault knowledge for recoil system. Virtual Prototype is firstly adopted into fault simulation and knowledge acquisition fields as a new kind of quantitative reasoning mechanism. The recoil system of a new -type Self -Propelled Gun is selected as research object. Its Virtual Prototype is established in Pro/E and MSC. ADAMS environments. The fir-ing process is selected as a simulation example. The key influencing factors and typical fault processes are simulated, which provide abundant references for fault knowledge acquisition and fault thresholdes confirmation.
