基于无线传输的高速列车轴温集中监测系统

         

摘要

In order to avoid fervent-axis phenomenon of high-speed running train, the 2. 4G wireless communication technology is a-dopted to design an axle temperature central monitoring system which is composed of monitoring nodes fixed on axles and a Monitoring Platform. The monitoring node uses ATmegal28L as Micro-controller to collect axle temperature through sensor PT100, and transmits data with wireless module nRF24L01. The monitoring platform is in charge of collecting, processing, display and storage data from nodes. When the axle temperature is too high, it will automatically alarm to remind driver of taking urgent measures that avoids accident. The results showed that the system can accurately measure the axle temperature of running train, and give out the experimental results and analysis.%为避免高速列车在运行中产生热切轴现象,采用2.4GHz无线通信技术设计了轴温集中监测系统,系统由安装在车轴上的监测节点和监测台组成;监测节点采用ATmega128L作为微控制器,利用温度传感器PT100实现轴温的采集,并通过无线模块nRF24L01实现数据的传输;监测台主要负责集中接收、处理、显示和存储各监测节点发送来的数据;当轴温过高时,报警提醒驾驶员采取紧急措施,避免发生事故;经试验表明,该系统能够准确测量运行列车的轴温状态,给出了实验结果并进行了分析.
