带有温度补偿的超声波测距仪的设计

         

摘要

距离是在不同场合和控制中经常需要检测的一个参数,人们一直都在研究和探讨实现距离测量的最佳方法;介绍了一个基于STC89C52单片机的超声波测距系统,该系统包括超声波发射电路、接收电路、温度补偿电路、显示电路和相应的软件,通过硬件设计和软件编程来实现测距的功能;与传统的测距方法相比,该系统设计了温度补偿电路,从而消除了环境温度对声速的影响,试验和误差分析显示其最大量程为6m,误差被限制在允许的范围内;实际应用结果表明,该测距系统运行稳定可靠,测量精度高,所以,所用的技术和方法具有一定的实用性和推广价值.%The distance is one of important parameters needed to be often detected in different situations and control, people have studied and discussed the best way to achieve distance measurement. This paper introduces a ultrasonic ranging system based on STC89C52, it in-cludes ultrasonic launching circuit, receiving circuit, temperature compensation circuit, show circuit and the corresponding software, through the hardware design and software programming to realize the function of distance measurement. Compared with the traditional methods, the system of ranging system designs temperature compensation circuit, and eliminates effect of sound velocity produced by the environment temperature, test and error analysis show that the maximum range is 6 m, and the error is limited in allowable range. The practical application results show that the measurement system is stable, reliable and highly accurate, so the technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
