Directed towards the problem of singleness on algorithm and high cost for built —in test diagnosis, a strategy is presented based on Information Entropy. At first, diagnostic strategy model of BIT is built. Information Entropy algorithm is improved considering testing costs, and a more efficient diagnosis strategy for multi —value testing. Finally, apply it to the BIT in aviation equipment. The result shows that this algorithm is superior to information entropy algorithm%针对常规机内测试技术算法单一、故障隔离率低等问题,以信息熵理论为基础,提出了基于信息熵的机内测试诊断策略;首先建立机内测试的诊断策略模型;考虑测试代价因素,提出优化的启发式信息熵算法,得到多值属性的机内测试故障诊断策略;最后将其应用到航空设备机内测试的实例中,结果表明,该算法计算效果优于信息熵算法.
