船用柴油机涡轮增压器振动检测系统的设计

         

摘要

Turbocharger is an important component of marine diesel engine, turbocharger detect signs of failure, for ensuring the overall performance of marine diesel engine to improve the reliability of navigation! security is necessary. This paper presents a vibration testing through on—line turbocharger fault diagnosis system design methods, making use of AT91RM9200, DSP and a network server as a hardware environment support, extracting the characteristics of turbocharger failure in time domain and frequency domain, and real-time processing the collecting data of turbocharger by the attribute reduction algorithm of rough set. This method has the practical feasibility confirmed by ship engine room monitoring system.%涡轮增压器是船舶柴油机的重要组成部分,检测涡轮增压器故障的征兆,对于保证船舶柴油机的总体性能,提高船舶航行的可靠性、安全性十分必要;文章提出一种通过振动检测,对涡轮增压器故障进行在线诊断的系统设计方法,利用ARM9、DSP芯片和服务器组成的网络环境作为硬件环境支撑,提取增压器的时域和频域故障特征,采用粗糙集属性约简算法,实时判断增压器故障,此方法经实际船舶机舱监测系统的验证,效果良好.
