基于相关矩阵的动力传动系统故障诊断多类传感器优化布置方法研究

         

摘要

针对动力传动系统故障诊断研究中缺乏多类传感器优化布置方法的问题,在对测试性工程诊断设计阶段传感器优化布置方法进行深入研究的基础上,根据故障机理分析和故障树分析结果,提出基于故障—传感器相关矩阵的传感器布置备选方案获取方法及优化目标;在分析遗传算法和粒子群优化算法的基础上,提出遗传粒子群优化算法,在实例应用中获得了较好的结果;最后通过实例,验证了该方法的有效性.%There is a few multi —class sensor placement optimisation method in research on mechanical power and transmission system fault diagnosis. Based on research deeply on diagnosis design in testability engineering, according to the results of fault mechanism analysis and fault tree analysis, the method getting all possible sensor placements and the optimization goal are given. By analysing Genetic Algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm, the Genetic Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm is given. A example proves that the performance of the algorithm is high. It is shown that the research is very important in the theory and application intrducing information fusion for complex mechanical system fault diagnosis.
