The emphasis is put on the multithreading technique of Lab Windows/CVI and the VISA technique. This paper also showed how to uses the VISA to realize USB communication between the PC and test installment in LabWindows/CVI. The paper discusses the multithreading system beads on the LabWindows/CVI, and introduces its realization.The application shows that this system runs stably and accurately. The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
