基于非线性误差修正的智能水质检测仪的研制

         

摘要

根据光度法原理,设计了一种高精度的智能化水质检侧仪,阐述了智能化水质检测仪的硬件、软件组成,对软件上的数据处理关键技术进行了详细的分析,采用单色LED发出特定波长的光,实现对水质参数的测量,通过分析测量过程中的主要误差干扰,提出滤除干扰和修正误差的方法.通过分析吸光度和溶液浓度的函数关系,采用曲线拟合技术建立两者之间的数学模型;实际应用表明,本仪器具有调试简单快速、测量精度高和可靠性高等特点,具有良好的应用前景.%According to spectrophotometry principle, a high precise intelligent water detecting instrument was designed, the hardware and software based on intelligent water detecting instrument is introduced, gives a details analysis about the key technology for data processing of software, a specific wavelength of light was issued with monochromatic LED, for realizing measurement of the water quality parameters, by analyzing the major error of the measurement in process, proposing a method of interference elimination and amend error, by analyzing the relationship of absorbance and concentration, establishing the mathematical model by using curve- fitting. Practical application showed that this instrument has features, such as debug simple and rapid, high accuracy and high reliability, and has good application prospects.
