热网微机监控系统设计

         

摘要

In view of low efficiency, unbalanced heating, heavy pollution, energy wasting, and many other issues at the current heating method, this paper design a new heating network computer monitoring system which is aimed at the heating industry Use the centralized control method, this system can solve the above-mentioned facts by adjust primary network flow of heat exchanging station logically. It has been successfully applied in many thermoelectric enterprises. It’ s merits are lights-out, energy conservation and emission reduction, heat network imbalance degree less-thanl %. The system plays an important role in improving the Quality of the environment , saving energy,and increasing the level of life has received good effect.%为了解决当前供热中存在的供热效率低、供热不平衡、污染严重、能量浪费等诸多问题,设计开发了针对供热行业的热网微机监控系统.系统采用了中央集中控制的方法,通过科学系统的调节换热站一次网流量,解决了供热不平衡、水力失调、能源浪费、环境污染等问题.该套系统已成功运用在很多热电企业,达到了无人值守、节能减排的目的及热网失调度小于1%的先进技术指标.同时在改善环境质量、节约能源、提高人民生活水平等方面起到了重要的作用.
