基于嵌入式Linux的智能瓦斯监控系统设计

         

摘要

为了测量煤矿井下瓦斯浓度以提高煤矿安会系数,采用了一种基于嵌入式linux的智能瓦斯监控系统;系统以核心处理器s3c2410为硬件平台,采用嵌入式linux作为操作系统,以DSP作为数据采集模块,通过TCP/IP协议将嵌入式系统接人Internet,实现远程监控,并基于QT/Embedded实现了监控界面;研究表明,本系统具有稳定可靠、实时性好、友好的人机界面、操作简单等优点,在井下瓦斯浓度监测方面有重要的应用价值;详细介绍了系统的组成、工作原理以及软硬件设计.%To measure gas concentration under coal mine to improve safety factor, adopted a kind of intelligent monitoring system of gas based on embeded Linux.The s3c2410 is used as the main processor for hardware platform, the system takes Embedded Linux as the Operation system and DSP as data aquisiton module.Through the TCP/IP protocol, it can be connected to the internet, realizing remote monitor and control.Realizing monitor and control interface based on QT/Embedded.Study results show that the system runs stably、 friendly human- machine interface、 good real-time and simple operation, The technology and methods adopted in the intelligent monitoring system of gas are practical.The paper introduced composition, working principle, design of hardware and sofeware in detail.
