基于PCI的智能化仿真通讯存储板的设计

         

摘要

In the testing of avionics simulation, on the one hand the intelligent card is needed to meet the device's real-time which is being tested; on the other hand in order to recover the scene or test property of the device, it's necessary to record all data during testing process. There is a sharp conflict between real-time of testing system and large bandwith required in testing data transmission. The traditional 429 expansion card which is limited in buffer capacity can not meet the demand. In this paper a desgin of intellective communication board which was based on PCI has a large scale data memorizer is presented. The expansion card which takes ARM MCU as key device and with Flash on-board memory has the ability to automatically send, receive and store data, reducing the workload of IPC. The experimental result shows that card has a good Real-time Performance and has storage of 4Gbits. At the same time, modular design has been used. The integrated approach can also be used for the design and implementation of 1553B bus communication cards or high-speed data acquisition card.%在航空电子设备的仿真测试中,一方面为了达到被测目标的实时性指标要求,需要实现板卡智能化;另一方面为了实现试验故障现场重现与性能分析,需要进行全程的数据存储;测试系统的实时性与测试数据传输所需的巨大带宽形成激烈冲突,传统的429扩展板缓存容量有限不能满足需求;提出了一种基于PCI总线的大容量数据储存的智能卡设计方案;扩展卡以ARM控制器为核心,采用Flash作为板载储存器,能够自动收发储存数据.实验结果证明扩展卡具有很高的实时性,能够满足4Gbit的数据储存;另外扩展板卡采用模块化设计,整体方案还可以用于1553B总线通信卡、高速数据采集卡的设计与实现.
