基于CAN总线的多电机嵌入式监控系统设计

         

摘要

Aiming at the shortcomings presently, a distributed architecture multi-motor monitor system was designed based on embedded technology and CAN bus communication technology. The paper firstly describes the develop process of monitoring center, especially the boot loader, board support packages, human machine interface, file system and the transplant of the RTOS UC/OS - II. Then the node-controller was designed based on its function and controlled plant. At last, the paper introduces the specific application of CAN bus in the system. The results show that this system is reliable, and easy to integrate with other systems with low-cost and high real -time, has practical and promotional value.%基于嵌入式技术和CAN总线通信技术,设计了一套分布式结构多电机监控系统;首先对监控中心进行了方案设计,简述了其嵌入式软件中启动代码、板级支持包、人机交互界面、文件系统的开发过程,并对其进行了操作系统UC/OS - Ⅱ移植和进程任务管理开发;然后根据节点控制器的任务和控制对象,对控制节点进行了硬软件设计;同时根据系统的通信任务要求,介绍了CAN通信在本系统中的应用实现过程.最后通过对3个节点电机的控制进行试验,结果表明,整个系统能完成监控功能并通信稳定;该多电机监控系统成本低、实时性高,易于与其他系统结合,节点和功能易于扩展,具有一定的实用和推广价值.
