As the standard set to communicate between C4ISR and M&S system, Battle Management Language is defined as a simple, accurate and unambiguous language to solve the problem on "free text" communication. Extensible Modeling and Simulation Framework uses the common technology, standard and open architecture to enforce the interoperability and reusability of M&S application in wide field. Based on the Web Service technology under XMSF, BML is extended as Extensible Battle Management Language to provide more effective C2 infor-mation transfer method. The XBML test bed on BML prototype has proved the web-enabled C2 information interface can provide more wide support for C2 and simulation application.%作战管理语言采用了一种简单、精确、无歧义的表达方式,作为C4 ISR系统和M&S系统之间进行信息传递的标准集合,用于解决“自由文本”通信时所产生的不便；可扩展建模与仿真框架使用通用的技术、标准和开放的体系结构来促进建模与仿真应用在更大范围的互操作性和重用性；在XMSF框架下,基于应用Web服务等技术,对BML进行扩展形成可扩展作战管理语言XBML,提供了一套更有效传递C2信息的方法；在BML原型系统之上开发的XBML测试床,已经证明这种以Web方式提供的C2信息操作接口能够对C2应用、仿真应用的扩展提供更广泛的支持.
