针对密集烤房群的现场特点和烟叶烘烤过程管理的要求,采用射频无线通信模块的组网方案和自主设计的点对多点通信协议,实现了密集烤房群无线远程监控系统；该系统可对现场255座密集烤房的烘烤过程数据进行采集、处理和记录,并以多种人机界面输出给管理技术人员;系统还可以对现场的密集烤房烘烤参数进行设定修改和反馈控制；无线通信距离可达1km；系统具有构建简单、组网灵活、无需布线、综合成本低等特点,已成功应用于多家烟草公司.%In order to meet the need of tobacco curing process management in bulk curing barn group, a remote monitoring system based on RF wireless communication module has been developed according to the characteristics of bulk curing barn group site. This system can collect and record the baking process data from 255 curing barn in the field, and with a variety of man -machine interface output to management and technical personnel. The system can also set the parameters and feedback to bulk curing barn controller on site. Wireless communication distance can reach 1 kilometer. The system has construct simple, networking flexible, no wiring, comprehensive cost low etc. Characteristics, has been successfully applied in several tobacco companies.
