驾驶模拟器操控信号采集与控制器的设计

         

摘要

介绍了驾驶模拟器的原理,提出了驾驶模拟器中操控信号采集与控制器的设计方案;介绍了转向角度、油门开度、离合器行程以及刹车行程等操控信号的采集方法,详细说明了发动机转速信号、车辆速度/里程信号、模拟转向力感信号的特点及这些信号的合成方法,文中还给出了磁隔离的高速RS485通信接口电路设计方法;这些电路的设计思想对各种工业测控系统的设计有借鉴意义.%In this paper, the principle of the driving simulator is introduced. And the designing project about the control signal acquisition and controller design in driving simulator is put forward here. Signal acquisition is discussed, such as steering angle, throttle control, clutch stroke, brake stroke and so on. The traits and synthetic methods of engine rotational speed signal, speed/mileage signal and steering force signal are discussed in detail. This paper also gives the RS485 communication interface circuit with high - speed magnetic isolation. The design of these circuits plays very important role in the industrial measurement and control system.
