This paper introduces the application scene of mobile phone video surveillance under the WLAN condition,it detailedly describes the design of the system.It uses the open source operating system Android as the video acquisition side and video client side.What' s more,in order to gain the sharp image,the lossless JPEG2000 is used to code the video.%介绍WLAN下手机移动视频监控的应用场景,详细描述该系统的设计,采用Android手机作为视频采集端和视频客户端,使用JPEG2000的无损压缩方式对采集的视频进行压缩编码,使得客户端能获取到清晰的视频图像.
