随机振动下先导式溢流阀的动态特性研究

         

摘要

Focusing on the impact of random vibration on the performance of the pilot-operated relief valve in the tunnel boring machine tunneling process.The dynamical model of valve is established under vibration.The dynamic characteristics of valve under the parameter of random vibration and valve's structure are analyzed by simulation.The results show that,when valve is under longitudinal vibration or transverse vibration,as the variance of white noise increases,the overshoot of pressure keeps basically unchanged and the fluctuation amplitude of pressure grows with fluctuations in steady state.As the mean value increases,the overshoot of pressure grows,the fluctuation amplitude of pressure is basically unchanged.The influence degree of transverse vibration is more remarkable than longitudinal vibration's.The dynamic characteristics can be improved by increasing main valve ante-chamber volume,pilot valve's spring stiffness and ante-chamber volume.%针对硬岩掘进机在掘进过程中产生的随机振动对先导式溢流阀的影响,建立阀在振动下的动力学模型.仿真分析了随机振动参数与阀体结构参数对先导式溢流阀动态特性的影响规律.研究表明,当先导式溢流阀受到横向或纵向随机振动时,随着白噪声方差增大,压力超调量基本不变,稳态下压力波动幅值呈波动性增加.随着白噪声均值增大,压力超调量逐渐增加,但稳态下压力波动幅值基本不变,横向振动对阀动态特性的影响程度要大于纵向振动.通过增大主阀前腔容积,先导阀弹簧刚度与先导阀前腔容积可以改善阀在随机振动下的动态特性.
