平流层飞艇螺旋桨设计参数对效率的影响

         

摘要

Because of the lower forward velocity and air density, the blade element Reynold number and lift-drag ratio of the stratosphere airship propeller would decrease, which led to the lower propeller efficiency, and the propeller should be designed specially. In traditional propeller design method, the diameter and spin velocity must be designed before the analysis of propeller efficiency. In present, the circumferential velocity (direct proportion to the product of radius and spin velocity) was used directly for the efficiency analysis, and the design parameters effects on the propeller efficiency of stratosphere airship were studied, including the installation angle, forward velocity, circumferential velocity, chord length, flight altitude and airfoil. The design parameters in the method were less than the traditional method, so the propeller analysis and design were simplified obviously in present.%研究平流层飞艇螺旋桨优化设计问题,由于空气密度较小与飞行速度较慢,平流层飞艇螺旋桨叶素的雷诺数较小,使叶素翼型升阻比较低,导致现有低空使用的飞艇螺旋桨在平流层使用时效率较低.需要对平流层飞艇螺旋桨进行专门设计.传统螺旋桨分析与设计方法需要先选定螺旋桨直径与转速,再分析叶素效率与螺旋桨效率.为解决上述问题,直接采用周向速度(正比于半径与转速之积),改变了平流层飞艇螺旋桨变化的参数,进行综合设计,并进行仿真.结果证明,采用改进的方法可使初始设计参数减少一个,从而使螺旋桨效率得到明显提高.
