无线传感器网络LEACH协议能耗的改进

         

摘要

LEACH(Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy) protocol has many shortcomings, such as the strong randomness of cluster heads' selection, not considering nodes' residual energy when selecting cluster heads. The defects of LEACH protocol will increase the energy consumption of the network and reduce the network lifetime. This paper proposes a new improved protocol named LEACH-CR(Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy-Consumption Reduction)based on the research and analysis of LEACH protocol. LEACH-CR protocol takes many factors into consideration including the number, distribution, residual energy and distance to the base station of cluster heads. Finally, the outcome of MATLAB simulation indicates that the new protocol has effectively prolonged the lifetime of the network.%LEACH(Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy)路由协议存在许多不足,比如簇头选择的随机性太强,没有考虑簇头的剩余能量等等.以上不足会增加网络能耗和减少网络寿命.本文在LEACH协议的基础上做了改进,提出了新的协议LEACH-CR(Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy-Consumption Reduction).LEACH-CR协议考虑了簇头的数量、分布、剩余能量以及与基站的距离等因素.MATLAB工具仿真的结果表明改进后的协议有效的提高了网络的寿命.
