The psychological test for civil aviation pilots throughout the pilot selection process is a very important part,which can exclude those who are not suitable for the industry and be used to save the cost of flying or intensive training for the airline companies.VR technolo-gy aims to create a real experience in the virtual world,and the selection of civil aviation pilots needs to simulate the effect of flying on the ground,so as to select the outstanding talents.In this paper,the new VR technology will be used in the field of psychological selection of civ-il aviation pilots,so that the traditional industry can achieve more results in accordance with it.The software is developed by the Unity 3D game engine,developed in C# language,and the script development platform is VS2010.On the basis of introducing the VR technology,we describe the specific requirements,design and development process of the software in detail,illustrate and analyze comprehensively the three core technology in the software development and introduce their corresponding algorithms in detail.%民航飞行员心理选拔测试在整个飞行员选拔过程中属于非常重要的环节,该测试可以将不适合的人筛选出来排除在行业外,可以为航空公司节约因飞行人员不适合飞行或高强度训练而造成的费用浪费.VR技术旨在虚拟的世界塑造现实的体验,而民航飞行员的选拔需要在地面上模拟飞行时的效果,才能更好地选拔出优秀的人才.将目前新兴的VR技术用于民航飞行员心理选拔领域中,使传统行业借助新兴技术取得更多的成果.该软件使用Unity 3D游戏引擎开发,使用C#语言开发,脚本开发平台为VS2010.在介绍VR技术的基础上,详细描述了软件的具体需求、设计思路以及开发过程,对软件开发中的三个核心关键技术进行全面的说明和分析,对三种核心技术的算法进行了详细介绍.
