Average notifications of business use,such as reminding conferences and activities mainly subscribed manually. An advanced application is introduced in this study,through which,major courses are filtered out and transmitted into memoranda automatically,alarm and other para-applications are automatically matched in due course as well. This application is supported by mobile operating system as Symbian and Android. SMS and memoranda are integrated most effectively by launching this application. In consideration of development efficiency,this software implements its periodically testing in the form of simulated environment while it can also successfully run after transplanted to a real mobile terminal.%为了解决当前包含着诸如会议通知、活动通知等重要内容的手机短信需要通过手动添加到备忘录中的问题，提出了构建一款能够将手机接收到的具有重要内容的短信提取出来，“自动”转存到备忘录中，根据信息中所提及的时间自动进行闹铃设置并提醒的软件，并分别在Symbian与Android移动平台下进行了实现，从而实现短信和备忘录的有效整合。出于对开发效率的考虑，软件的阶段性检测是在模拟环境下进行的，并最终得以移植到真实的移动终端上成功运行。
