To solve the problem of heterogeneous building automation subsystem of construction equipment IOT system integration ( like central air conditioning system,constant pressure water supply system,entrance guard system,etc. ) and the integration of information re-sources,etc. According to the characteristic of the Internet of Things for building equipment,a model based on SOA is presented that is suitable to the Internet of Things for building equipment. Focus on the model's hierarchical structure organization and apply this model to the Internet of Things for building equipment. The experiment results show that it can help to integrate the heterogeneous platform and im-prove the safety,expansibility and interoperability.%为解决建筑设备物联网系统集成异构的建筑自动化子系统(如：中央空调系统、恒压供水系统、门禁系统等)和整合数据信息资源等问题，文中针对建筑设备物联网系统的自身特点，提出一种基于SOA的建筑设备物联网体系架构模型。重点阐述了该模型的架构组成和层次结构，并将该架构模型应用于建筑用电设备的物联网系统中。实验结果表明，基于SOA架构的建筑设备物联网能够有效整合物联网系统异构平台，且能够提高系统的安全性、可扩展性和互操作性。
