Against the existing limitations and shortcomings of telemedicine systems,it proposes a system, setting of prevention,monitoring , first aid and guidance for rehabilitation in one, whose access terminal is smart phone or tablet PC, which has strong mobility, more stable network connection and makes the interaction between doctors and patients easier. The system can provide the real-time remote monitoring service of multiple medical indicators, as well as the management of the EHRs of users. The framework and principle of every composition of the system is also introduced.
