And talk about the features of NGN and the challenges it must faces. Then give that the soft exchange equipments are the core of the NGN, advancing the vital position for SIP (Session Initial Protocol) in NGN. It analyzes the common safety problems and measures of SIP in essence. Associating the special application environment of NGN that is open, isomerism and interconnected,educe the challenges for the existing security mechanisms of SIP, bringing forward the applicable security solutions for SIP in NGN. Finally,put forward a SIP security model based on source authenticated,process followed and system monitored.
