应用GIS、GPS和GPRS等前沿技术，研发集动物疫情定位、动物疫情远程实时上报、动物疫病数据集中管理、动物疫情数据统一发布、动物疫情预警等功能于一体的动物疫病防控信息化系统。系统提供基于地理位置的畜禽种类、疫病种类等相关数据的有效记录，为决策者全面了解动物疫情提供完整、组织有序的数据。本文对该系统的关键技术研究、设计思路、系统功能特点进行了详细的阐述。%Animal disease prevention and control information system is developed based on the technologies of GIS, GPS and GPRS, which has the functions of animal epidemic location, remote real-time report of animal epidemic, data centralized management and publishing, animal disease warning, etc. The system provides the effective records of livestock and poultry species, disease types, and other relevant data based on geographical location,providing complete and well-organized data for decision-makers to know about the animal epidemic comprehensively. This article describes the critical technologies, design ideas and features of the system in detail.
