硅藻土基板材吸附甲醛与释放负离子性能研究

         

摘要

Diatomite base plate mechanical properties is using diatomite as principal materials,calces,cement,gypsum and fiber as auxiliary material,prepared by wet process of mixing materials and the synthesis process of hydrothermal method.It studies the effect of molding pressure and raw material composition on the adsorption of formaldehyde on Diatomite based board and the effect of tourmaline powder on the negative ion release of plate.The experimental results showed that the adsorption capacity of formaldehyde is the largest when the ratio of calcium to silicon is 0.3.With the increase of cement content,the amount of formaldehyde adsorption increases first and then decreases,and the increase of gypsum content is beneficial to the adsorption of formaldehyde.Under the same conditions,the increase of the amount of tourmaline powder or the reduction of its particle size is conducive to release of negative ions.When the humidity increases,the anion release of plate increases gradually.%以硅藻土为主要原料,以生石灰、水泥、石膏以及增强纤维为辅料,采用湿法混料工艺以及水热合成工艺制备得到的硅藻土基板材.试验研究了成型压力、原材料组成对于硅藻土基板材甲醛吸附的影响以及加入板材的电气石粉对于板材负离子释放性能的影响.试验结果表明:在钙硅比为0.3时,板材甲醛的吸附量最大;随着水泥掺量的增大,板材的甲醛吸附量先增大后减小;石膏掺量的增加有利于板材吸附甲醛;相同条件下,电气石粉的掺量的增加或其粒度的减小有利于板材负离子的释放;环境湿度的增大,板材负离子释放量逐渐增加.
