严寒地区的桥面混凝土伸缩缝施工中,在浇筑混凝土后进行适当的养护,对防止混凝土早期受冻破坏以及保障混凝土的强度发展具有重要作用.通过对伸缩缝中混凝土的温度场和环境温度进行测试,分析了不同养护方法对保障混凝土水化进程的作用效果.研究结果表明:使用聚苯板对混凝土表面进行覆盖是实现混凝土保温的有效手段;使用电热毯对混凝土表面进行加热是促进混凝土水化进程的有效手段;使用塑料棚配合碘钨灯作为保温和加热措施,不能实现期望的保温和加热效果;使用帆布棚作为保温措施,不能实现期望的保温效果.针对严寒地区的桥面混凝土伸缩缝施工,提出了建议的养护方法和测试手段.%Proper curing method should be adopted to prevent concrete freeze-thaw damage and hindered strength development when constructing bridge expansion joint under cold weather.The effect of different curing methods were evaluated by measuring the tempera-ture field of concrete and surrounding air temperature.Research results manifest that XPS plate is an effective way for maintaining concrete temperature,and electronic blanket is an effective way for heating concrete.Plastic shed with iodine-tungsten lamp and canvas shed could not work as an effective way to maintain concrete temperature or heating concrete.Suggests on proper curing method for concrete bridge expansion joint construction under cold weather is give.
