纤维混凝土力学性能试验研究

         

摘要

In order to study the performance of fiber concrete fibres,the cube compressive strength,axial compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,flexural strength and deformation behavior of 18 groups of 54 specimens were studied.The results showed that the addition of(PPF-1,PPF-2,RSF-1)fiber,the tensile resistance of fiber concrete crack makes avoid brittle failure form,has the characteristics of ductile fracture.Fiber is most sensitive to the increase of flexural strength,the flexural strength is higher than that of the reference concrete, and the flexural strength increases obviously,the largest increase to reach 27.75%.For peak stress and peak strain,PPF-1,PPF-2 and RSF-1 fiber were lower than that of ordinary concrete NC.The elastic modulus of PPF-2 fibers increased significantly,about 8.1%.The modulus of fiber decreases gradually with the increase of stress.%为了研究纤维构成的纤维混凝土的性能,对18组共54个试块进行了立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度、变形性能等试验研究.研究结果表明:添加(PPF-1、PPF-2、RSF-1)纤维后,纤维的抗拉阻裂作用使得混凝土避免了脆性破坏形态,具有延性破坏的特征;对抗折强度的增强最为敏感,其抗折强度均高于基准混凝土,且增幅明显,最大增幅达到27.75%;对于峰值应力和峰值应变,PPF-1、PPF-2及RSF-1纤维均低于普通混凝土NC;对于弹性模量,PPF-2纤维增幅明显,约8.1%;其中纤维混凝土的切线模量随着应力的增加而逐渐降低.
