铜尾矿粉透水混凝土性能研究

         

摘要

选矿过程中产生的尾矿废料大量堆积不仅会产生尾矿坝失稳问题,还会造成严重的环境污染.采集云南省某铜尾矿坝中铜尾矿砂,将铜尾矿砂分别作为细骨料和磨细后的铜尾矿粉,掺入到透水混凝土中对其进行性能研究.结果表明:铜尾矿砂作为细骨料掺入透水混凝土时随着掺量的增加透水系数减小,当掺量为5%时较为合适;当用磨细铜尾矿粉作为矿物掺合料等量取代水泥胶凝材料时,掺量为5%时28、60 d透水水泥混凝土立方体抗压强度达到最大,但随着掺量继续增加强度逐渐减小需要配合粉煤灰的复掺.%In the beneficiation process,a mass accumulation of the tailings waste will not only cause dam instability,but also seriously pollute the environment.It collected the copper tailings from a copper tailing dam in Yunnan Province,and divided those copper tailings as fine aggregates and grinded copper tailings,then incorporated them into the permeable concrete,and studied its performance.However,the results showed the permeability coefficient of the copper tailing reduced,when putting the copper tailings as the fin aggregates into the permeable concrete,along with the increase of the permeation amount,and it was more appropriate as the content was 5%.When using grinded copper tailings as the mineral admixtures to equally replace the cement cementitious materials by an equal amount,the compressive strength would reach the maximum as the content of 28d,60d permeable cement concrete cubes was 5%,but along with the continue increasing of content,the compressive strength would reduce,which need to mix with the complex fly ash.
