改性橡胶混凝土力学性能试验研究

         

摘要

试验对粒径为1~2、2~4 mm的两种橡胶颗粒进行不作处理、5%NaOH溶液改性、10%NaOH溶液改性后进行等体积取代混凝土细集料,取代率分别为0、5%、10%、15%、20%,并对混凝土的力学性能进行试验研究.结果表明:橡胶掺量相同时,粒径为1~2 mm时,混凝土的力学性能指标均比2~4 mm的大;随着橡胶掺量的增大,混凝土的力学性能降低;两种浓度的改性溶液均可提高混凝土的力学性能,其中5%NaOH溶液的改性效果最好.%Two kinds of rubber particles with particle sizes of 1~2 mm and 2~4 mm were tested without modification,modified with 5% NaOH solution and modified with 10% NaOH solution,And equal volume to replace the concrete fine aggregate.The substitution rates were 0,5%,10%,15% and 20% respectively,and then experimental research on mechanical performance of rubber concrete.The results show that the mechanical properties of rubber concrete with particle sizes of 1~2 mm are better than that of 2~4 mm when the rubber content is the same;With the increase of rubber content,the mechanical properties of concrete are reduced;Both of the modified solutions can improve the mechanical properties of the concrete,of which 5% NaOH solution is the best.
