织物增强永久性模板(TRC-SIP-F)是利用TRC这种新型复合材料制作的免拆模板[1],通过4根V型织物增强混凝土永久性模板的抗弯性能对比试验,研究了V型TRC-SIP-F在集中荷载作用下的裂缝开展、破坏形式及其承载力.试验研究表明:聚丙烯纤维尤其在早期能够有效地控制裂缝的开展;衬固的纤维织物网与钢板网具有较好的整体工作性能,强度验算满足要求.%Fabric reinforced permanent template(TRC-SIP-F)is the demolition template free TRC making use of this new type of composite material,it through 4 V contrast enhancement type fabric bending test of concrete permanent,fracture of V type TRC-SIP-F under concentrated load,carry out damage form and its bearing capacity.The experimental results show that polypropylene fiber can effectively control the development of cracks,especially in the early stage.The fixed fiber fabric and steel mesh have better overall performance,and the strength checking meets the requirements.
