双相体不锈钢筋与混凝土黏结性能试验及有限元模拟

         

摘要

通过对11组共66个双相体不锈钢筋混凝土试件进行中心拉拔试验,研究混凝土强度、钢筋直径、锚固长度、保护层厚度及配箍率对双相体不锈钢筋混凝土黏结锚固性能的影响,并与普通碳素钢筋做对比试验.基于试验结果,根据混凝土力学的Ottosen准则及微观传力模型,统计回归出双相体不锈钢筋黏结强度计算公式.运用ABAQUS有限元分析程序,利用非线性弹簧单元,对双相体不锈钢筋与混凝土之间的黏结滑移进行有限元模拟分析.结果表明,双相体不锈钢筋与普通碳素钢筋在混凝土中的黏结性能相似;荷载-滑移曲线的模拟结果与试验结果符合较好.%Based on the 11th group of 66 duplex stainless steel reinforced concrete specimens pull-out tests,the influence of concrete strength,steel bar diameter,anchorage length,thickness of concrete cover and stirrup ratio on the bond performance of steel reinforced concrete with duplex stainless steel was studied,and compared with ordinary carbon steel bars.Based on the Ottosen criterion of concrete mechanics and the micro force transfer model,the bond strength calculation formula of the duplex stainless steel bar are calculated by the test results.Based on the experimental results,using the finite element analysis program of ABAQUS,the bond slip between the double phase stainless steel and concrete is simulated and analyzed by using nonlinear spring element.The results show that the bonding perfor-mance of the double phase stainless steel is similar to that of ordinary carbon steel bar in concrete,and the simulation results of load slip curves are in good agreement with the experimental results.
