With the development of national economy and the increase of urbanization level,the problems of high population density and serious environment pollution are becoming more and more obvious.The traditional cast-in-situ building has the characteristics of high pollution,high consumption and poor quality,and it can not meet the development demand of residential building in the new period.How to effectively overcome a series of problems caused by the traditional cast insitu house has become the inevitable trend of the development of residential buildings in the new era.It takes the fabricated concrete structure as the research perspective,and analyzes the structural design and economic benefits of the prefab concrete structure relying on the housing building examples,in order to provide some guidance for similar research.%随着我国国民经济的发展和城市化水平升高,城市人口密度高、环境严重污染等问题日益显现出来.传统现浇建筑具有高污染、消耗大、品质差等特征,其已无法满足新时期住宅建筑发展需求.如何有效克服传统现浇住宅引发的一系列问题,成为新时代住宅建筑发展必然趋势.以装配式混凝土结构为研究视角,并依托房屋建筑实例深入分析房屋建筑装配式混凝土结构设计及其经济效益,以期为类似研究提供一定指导.
