In water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction, the survey design is one of the very important work, and is the guarantee of smooth implementation of water conservancy and hydropower engineering. This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in water conservancy survey and design, and the quality control strategies of water conservancy survey and design.
