招标风险管理是项目工程建设和管理的重要环节,对工程项目的质量有重要的意义.基于此,论文在概述工程招标风险管理理论的基础上,分析了工程招标风险管理的必要性,并重点从风险管理意识、风险管理体系、风险管理经费保障以及管理培训4个方面提出了优化工程招标管理方法的对策,希望为项目工程质量的提高提供借鉴和指导.%Bidding risk management is an important part of project construction and management, and is of great significance for the quality of project. Based on this, the paper analyzes the necessity of project bid risk management based on the theory of project bid risk management. It also puts forward the countermeasures of optimizing project bidding management method from four aspects: risk management consciousness, risk management system, risk management funding guarantee and management training, so as to provide reference and guidance for the improvement of project quality.
