This paper proposes a new method based on BIM-GIS technology to analyze the coordination of construction scheme and regional planning. Then,verifies the practicability of this method by the case study. Through the case study,finds that the new method based on BIM-GIS technology can be more efficient for the integrating and processing of information than traditional method and has good application effect,which can provide reference for other projects.%提出基于BIM-GIS技术的建设方案与区域规划协调性评价新方法，并通过案例验证该方法的实用性。通过案例分析发现，基于BIM-GIS协同管理的新型评价方法相对于传统方法信息的集成、处理更加高效，应用效果很好，可为其他工程借鉴。
