基于循环经济理念,从生态节能、经济循环、历史文化、社会和美学科技等五方面,分析合理利用旧建筑的思路,并以成都"东郊记忆"项目为例,构建基于层次分析法和模糊综合评判法相结合的旧工业建筑再利用评价模型与评价方法,为旧工业建筑的再利用提供决策参考.%Using circular economy theory,this paper discusses the value of the adaptive reuse of old industrial building from aspects of eco energy conservation,economic cycle,history and culture,society and technology and aesthetic. Taking Chengdu Eastern Suburb Memory as an example,builds up old industrial building's adaptive reuse value evaluation system based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and provides references for the decision-making for related department.
