Application and value of BIM will be explored in this paper based on the features of the underground spaceof the Headquarters Bases for Central Government Owned Enterprises within the EXPO site (HBEGOE-EXPO). Through introducing the practical application of BIM on the underground space of the EXPO site, some suitable norms of BIM will be established, and results of BIM applications in this project will be achieved.%根据世博央企总部基地项目超大型地下空间的特点和难点，结合建筑信息模型BIM（Building Information Modeling）技术应用的优势，探究BIM技术在本项目超大型地下空间中的应用点和优势。通过介绍BIM技术在本项目地下空间的实践应用过程，形成适合本项目地下空间的BIM应用标准和应用成果。
