当前，我国城镇化进程不断加快，建筑行业迎来又一个发展契机。但是在建筑工程项目大量增加的形势下，建筑施工管理方面的问题却越来越多暴露出来，比如企业过度追究经济效益，忽视施工管理等。这些问题的存在，对施工质量有着不良影响。在本文中，笔者在分析新形势下建筑施工中存在管理问题的基础上，提出了针对性的解决措施。%Currently, the process of urbanization continues to accelerate, the development of the construction industry poised for another opportunity. However, in a signiifcant increase in construction projects situation, construction management issues are more and more exposed, such as corporate accountability over economic neglect of construction management. The existence of these problems have a negative impact on the quality of construction. In this article, the author's basic management problems exist in the construction of the new situation under analysis, we propose targeted solutions.
