A new waterborne rust converting agent was prepared by using vinylidene chloride resin as main film former and high solid tannic acid as rust converting agent. The influence of resin, rust converting agent, substrate wetting agent and defoaming agent on the film properties was investigated. The rust conversion efficiency of waterborne rust converting agent was analyzed by 20-400X electron microscope. The results showed that the corresponding conversion coating prepared by this formula was smooth and compact. Besides, the corrosion resistance of the conversion coating was examined by neutral salt-spray test (NSS) as well as measurement of open circuit potential-time curve. It was found that the waterborne rust converting agent exhibited good compatibility with acrylic red primer as well as excellent corrosion resistance.%以偏氯乙烯树脂为主体成膜物,高固含单宁酸为铁锈转化剂,研制了一种新型水性铁锈转化剂.考察了树脂、铁锈转化剂、基材润湿剂、消泡剂用量对涂膜性能的影响.采用20-400X电子显微镜分析了水性铁锈转化剂的转锈效果.结果表明,以此配方制备的铁锈转化膜层完好平整,致密均匀.实验进一步采用中性耐盐雾试验(NSS),开路电路-时间曲线等方法研究了其性能.结果表明,水性铁锈转化剂与丙烯酸铁红底漆配套性良好,抗腐蚀性能更加优异.
